A magical conversion design featuring a pair of Victorian swallows in flight, the beautiful birds encrusted with 30 bright, lively rose-cut diamonds and 2 cabochon ruby eyes.
The stunning intricate detail on the birds includes the use of high-carat gold for their beaks and around their ruby eyes, accentuating them against the patinated silver surrounding the rose-cut diamonds and indicating meticulous craftsmanship as to be expected with fine jewellery of this period.
Repurposed from an antique brooch, the swallows are set with two handcrafted 18-carat gold bails, making them incredibly versatile. Wear them as an extender by connecting the bails between the clasps of your favourite chain (or two chains/bracelets), or wear them as a sliding pendant on a chain with a barrel clasp of up to 3.5mm wide.
The swallows are crafted in gold and silver, with the diamonds set in silver on the front and the gold testing as between 9-12ct at the back.
This truly exquisite one-of-a-kind design will elevate your antique jewelry collection.
