The crown is crafted in rich 18-carat gold with a rose-gold hue and a natural antique patina, perfectly complementing the bright sparkle of the rose-cut diamonds.

Originally French, the piece likely dates to the late Victorian to early Edwardian period, c.1890–1910. The original stick pin once bore a very faint French eagle-head hallmark, now almost completely faded during conversion, but still indicative of French origin.
