A characterful ICONS piece centred around a 0.34ct old mine cut diamond, repurposed from an early Belle Époque brooch. Of J/K colour and SI2 clarity, the stone displays broad, open facets and a distinctive low profile, with transitional characteristics from earlier table cuts.
The diamond has a softly glowing presence, with chunky faceting beneath the table and natural inclusions typical of early hand-cut stones. It is set within a platinum bezel and integrated into an antique trombone link, creating a refined contrast against the rich 18ct gold.
Constructed entirely from antique 18ct gold components, with all links stamped crown “18”, including a sequence of oval and round links carefully sourced over time. Subtle variations in gold tone reflect the individuality of each element, while remaining cohesive in wear.
Finished with an antique swivel dog clip clasp, this piece is designed as a signature extender or connector to elevate and reconfigure your chains. Clasp customisation or additions can be arranged on request (additional cost).
